MHE-Demag in Thailand celebrated the long-service milestone of three colleagues in June last year. After being promoted to Assistant Service Engineer in 2001, he continued to rise through the ranks to become Service Engineer in 2002.
For Saknarin Woraphu, his journey started as Service Technician responsible for the servicing of both overhead cranes and lift trucks. In 2010, he was promoted to his current role of Service Supervisor. Laor Klungklangdon joined the company as Service Administrator in the Service department.  She was later rotated to become Billing Administrator in the Finance department and, in 2000, took on the role of Invoicing Assistant.  Laor returned to the Service department as Parts Administrator a year later before becoming Customer Service Executive-Parts in 2002. By 2006, she had been promoted to Assistant Inventory Manager and now manages a wider portfolio as Assistant Inventory and Warehouse Manager.
